Advance Plus package equips both an online payment gateway and payment terminal, ideal for businesses with dual online and offline presence, unlocking more possibilities with fully-featured payment options.
New Merchants: You can choose either senangTerminal or the Advance Plus Package and sign up at this portal. Our respective representative will contact you for the submission of required documents to complete the process.
Existing Merchants: If you’re already with us, simply request a payment terminal through our customer support and complete the necessary documents. Then, follow the provided instructions to make the payment. We’ve made it easy for you to grow your business.
The entire registration process is expected to be completed within 14 working days. However, please anticipate possible delays in the terminal delivery process, as it may involve third-party couriers.
