If you’re an existing merchant, contact our customer support to request the payment terminal. New merchants, please register with senangPay.

  1. New Merchants: Sign up for our Advance Plus Package and upload your required documents. We’ll quickly verify them for accuracy.

  2. Existing Merchants: If you’re already with us, just request a payment terminal and complete the necessary documents. Then, make the payment as instructed. We’ve made it easy for you to grow your business.

All the registration process will take within 14 working days.

We will facilitate the delivery of the terminal device to your designated address.
