Yes, if you’re an existing merchant, you can apply for the package by contacting our customer support. It is applicable to all existing subscribers of our Starter, Advance and Special packages.

    1. New Merchants: You can choose either senangTerminal or the Advance Plus Package and sign up at this portal. Our respective representative will contact you for the submission of required documents to complete the process.

    2. Existing Merchants: If you’re already with us, simply request a payment terminal through our customer support and complete the necessary documents. Then, follow the provided instructions to make the payment. We’ve made it easy for you to grow your business.

The entire registration process is expected to be completed within 14 working days. However, please anticipate possible delays in the terminal delivery process, as it may involve third-party couriers.

For payments processed via e-Wallet, the settlement will be within 2 business days (T+2 days). Meanwhile, payments made using Credit/Debit Cards are scheduled for settlement every Wednesday and Friday. For further details on senangPay’s settlement schedule, please refer to our guide.
