Mass Payment lets you send multiple payments in one batch. It’s a fast and convenient way to send commissions, rebates, rewards, disbursement, refund and general payments to your agents or customers. The process is simple with senangPay, simply upload your excel file to your merchant dashboard and you’re done!
Mass Payment application shall be subjected to senangPay approval. Merchant applied for mass payment feature must have an agreement acknowledged between merchant and the other party user. Merchant must provide us the Terms of Contract between merchant and the other party user.
When a Mass Payment request is made, we will proceed to process each payment requested. We will then take the payment amounts from your merchant account and accordingly transferred them into the recipients’ bank accounts.
Mass Payment processing can take from a couple of minutes to several hours, depending on the number of payments we are processing and we will temporarily hold the total monetary value of the mass payment, plus associated fees, until processing is completed.
When the payments have been sent, you’ll received a notification email. You can then log in to your dashboard and get the details of each transaction.
