Transaction rates vary by type of payment and packages as of below. A minimum charge of RM0.65 or as stated below (whichever is higher) is applicable to all Credit Card, Debit Card, and e-Wallet Payments. Unfortunately, the refund policy is not practiced or implemented for any subscriptions to senangPay packages.
All fees paid herein shall be fully earned by senangPay and are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. In the event that your application is rejected by the bank or payment providers for cards and Buy Now Pay Later payment options, senangPay reserves the right to decide on the refund of the partial amount.
