Criteria and redemption process
Upon subscribing, you’ll have a 45-day grace period to meet the criteria outlined in the table below. Auto-enrollment into the promotion is granted for those subscribing to any of the senangPay packages from 26 March 2024 to 25 April 2024, terms and conditions apply. Once the criteria are fulfilled, the cashback amount corresponding to your subscribed package will be credited to your account.
Please refer to the criteria below:
- Subscribe to senangPay packages at their original rates: RM300/year for Starter, RM450/year for Advance, RM1,000/year for Advance Plus, and RM1,500/year for Special.
- Activate your senangPay account and start using it for your payment transactions.
- Unlock cashback by meeting the dedicated transaction amount within a 45-day period from your subscription date, as stated in the below:

Payment terms: Should the criteria be fully fulfilled on or before the 15th of the month, the corresponding cashback will be credited to the merchant’s bank account by the respective month-end. However, if the criteria are met after the 15th of the month, the corresponding cashback amount will be credited to the merchant’s bank account at the end of the following month.
